All samples obtained are sent to an independent, UKAS accredited laboratory for analysis.

REMEMBER!UNDER The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006 you are required by law to assess your commercial premises to establish if any asbestos containing materials are present within the building.

In 2006 the Government introduced new regulations that were to be followed in relation to the control of asbestos removal cost in the workplace. In the new regulations, guidelines for asbestos surveyors & duty holders (HSG 264) of commercial premises were laid down. The biggest change came with the rebranding of Type 1, 2 & 3 asbestos removal surveys. Although the actual surveying methods have remained the same, the way in which surveyors inspect the properties has changed slightly.
